This map was created with the sole intent of getting better at the KF2 SDK tool. This map was a proof of concept vertical slice to showcase that maps can be made from scratch, and then played inside of the Killing Floor 2 production client environment.

Design Breakdown

Level Goal

This section should have a breakdown of the different high level goals / objectives meant to achieve by creating the level. Why did I create the level? What new thing does it bring to the killing floor community? etc…

Gameplay should accompany this section, ideally something that showcases the points brought up above, plus some good looking filler

 

Gameplay Breakdown

Here is where you breakdown the moment to moment gameplay. Everything the player will do, interact with, and experience should go in this section. Both the description, and the video that accompanies it should be in depth, and highly edited to showcase the main points of the gameplay, as well as the finer details, succinctly.

 
 

Aesthetic Choices

This section should highlight the aesthetic choices made in the level. Environment, location, background lore, etc.. The idea here is to sell what makes the level interesting past the core gameplay. Video accompanying should once again, highlight the points brought up in the text.
